It is a professional obligation for all doctors to contribute to the education and training of other doctors, medical students and non-medical healthcare professionals. For me, it’s is somewhat more than that. I regard this as an opportunity to sharpen my skills and consolidate my own knowledge whilst educating the future doctors of this nation and elsewhere.

Currently, I am involved heavily in the education of undergraduate students from the University of Manchester and post graduate education of trainee doctors from the North West Deanery. I am a regular speaker on various national and international conferences and also remain committed in the educational support of allied healthcare professionals.
